Blown film machine screw widely used, the advantages of these

The film blowing machine unit is suitable for blowing plastic films such as low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low density (LLDPE). It is widely used in the internal and external packaging of civil and industrial products such as fruits, food, clothing, textiles, strain cultivation, daily necessities, etc. The advantages of its screw are as follows: 1. The screw of the film blowing machine adopts the most advanced alloy spraying technology, and has higher hardness, better corrosion resistance and long service life, it is 2~3 times the life of the nitriding screw; 2. The screw has a large length-diameter ratio, strong plasticizing ability, uniform temperature distribution, automatic temperature control, and the blown film is bright and uniform.

Fracture Causes and Maintenance Methods of Extruder Screw

Modern plastic extruders widely use combined screws, distributed mixed screws, and barriers or pins on the screws to improve plasticization, production capacity and product quality. The combined quality of the two parts of the screw and the barrel has an important impact on the plasticization of the material, the quality of the product and the production efficiency. Their quality is related to the manufacturing accuracy and assembly clearance of the two parts. When the two parts are seriously worn and the output of the extruder is reduced, the maintenance of the screw and barrel should be arranged. The screw is operated under high load stress, but the operating speed is low, so it is operated under high stress and low alternating frequency.

Screw repair and strengthening process steps

The repair and strengthening of the screw is as follows: 1. Surface cleaning Before the screw spray welding, the plastic attachments remaining on the surface of the screw should be cleaned up. The cleaning method is to install the screw on the spraying machine and rotate it with spray

Use conditions and methods of barrel screw

The method of resistance heating is widely used for simple heating, and thermocouple is used to realize segmented temperature control and side inspection. Resistance heating is to use resistance to generate heat to heat the barrel, and then transfer the heat to the plastic in the barrel.

How to disassemble the screw and how to repair it

1. The raw material plasticizing temperature is low. 2. The raw material is mixed with metal foreign matter or impurities in the raw material. 3. Screw idle running time is too long.
